Gift cards once sold would be non-returnable and non-cancellable.

As these gift card are sold by individuals sellers  , So after the delivery of the gift card buyer have to redeem or add it to merchant account , If You get any issue with the gift card you have to report it within 24 Hours to crafin team as after that we will release the payment of the seller.Hence no refund is possible after 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds are only available for the following reasons.

1.Gift Card / voucher balance does not match the written value.
2. Gift Card / Voucher is not redeemable.
3.Gift Card / Voucher details is incorrect.

Refund is not be possible if you do not read the marchant’s redemption terms or usage conditions before purchasing
