1. You can redeem this Apollo E-Gift Card at Apollo Pharmacy Retail stores and on www.apollopharmacy.in for medicines, FMCG, and Apollo Brands.
2. A doctor’s consultation, lab test, or health check cannot be performed with an Apollo E-Gift Card.
3. A customer can redeem only 2 (Two) e-cards per day at participating Apollo Pharmacy outlets, and one card will be accepted per bill on the web.
4. The Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card holder is considered the beneficiary.
5. It is not Apollo Pharmacy’s responsibility if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or misused.
6. To redeem these 16-digit Card No and its Pin No, request the cashier to use Billing Code (6619 E-Healing Card). If you have any questions, please contact Apollo Pharmacy Customer Care at 1860 500 0101.
7. One E-Healing Card can be used per bill / transaction. This is a one-time-use E-Healing Card.
8. The E-Healing Card is valid for six months after purchase.
9. The unused balance amount of the E-Healing Card will not be credited or refunded. It will lapse automatically upon expiration.
10. The Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card cannot be revalidated once it has expired or been cancelled.
11. The Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card can be used in conjunction with on-going monthly FMCG (sponsored by brands) and Private Label promotions.
12. The Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card cannot be combined with any other discounts (including but not limited to SSO and PL bill busters).
13. If there is a dispute regarding the E-Healing Card, it should be referred to the issuing company and its decision shall be final. In case of legal disputes, the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. The Apollo Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw the E-Healing Card scheme/offer before the expiration of the validity period without notice or liability.

As these gift card are sold by individuals sellers  , So after the delivery of the gift card buyer have to redeem or add it to merchant account , If You get any issue with the gift card you have to report it within 24 Hours to crafin team as after that we will release the payment of the seller.Hence no refund is possible after 24 hours of delivery.
