• On www.bookmyshow.com or BookMyShow's mobile app, you can redeem gift cards by entering the gift card code in the payment section under the “Gift Voucher” tab. It is not possible to redeem these cards directly at the cinema or venue box office. On the merchant website, enter only the gift card code (sent in the e-mail) to claim the gift card.
• The code can be used multiple times within the validity period.
• A single transaction can use multiple gift cards.
• The balance on a gift card can be paid using other payment methods if the balance is less than the transaction value.
• The balance of a gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card

All gift cards can only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. • The logic flows according to your choice of Location, Event, Venue, Show Date, Time, and Seats.
• On the payment page, click "More Payment Options" and select "Gift Voucher" to enter the gift card code in the text box that appears & click "Apply" to receive the discount.
• The successful transaction generates a Booking ID, which must be exchanged at the Cinema or Venue Box Office for actual tickets. An email/SMS confirmation will be sent to the Email Address or Mobile Number provided.
• The gift card can only be redeemed on in.bookmyshow.com or BookMyShow Mobile App and cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema or venue.

As these gift card are sold by individuals sellers  , So after the delivery of the gift card buyer have to redeem or add it to merchant account , If You get any issue with the gift card you have to report it within 24 Hours to crafin team as after that we will release the payment of the seller.Hence no refund is possible after 24 hours of delivery.
