1. The Myntra E-Gift Card is issued by QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to do so.
2. 2. The E-Gift Card can be redeemed only on the Myntra marketplace.
3. E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
4. It is possible to club multiple E-Gift Cards in one order. E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash.
5. A Myntra E-Gift Card can only be redeemed online against sellers listed on Myntra.com or the Myntra Mobile App.
6. If the order is cancelled, the E-Gift Card amount will be refunded to the original card.
7. After the discount has been applied, the Customer will have to pay the balance, if any, of the item's cost at the time of purchase. You must pay the balance by credit card, debit card, internet banking, or cash on delivery if the order value exceeds the E-Gift Card amount.
8. On certain products, extra VAT may apply in addition to the unit sale price, but the final inclusive price will not exceed the MRP.
9. In connection with the benefits accruing under the offer, the Customer is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, and other statutory fees and charges.
10. The outstanding balance will appear under the same E-Gift Card if the order value is less than the amount of the E-Gift Card.
11. For individual retail customers, E – Gift Cards can only be purchased using credit cards, debit cards, and net banking on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App.
12.  Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting Gift Card as the payment mode.
13. Myntra.com/QwikCilver Solutions are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
14. Upon delivery of the E-Gift Card, customers are required to protect the PIN or number of the E-Gift Card. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com/ QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards.
15. Neither Myntra.com nor QwikCilver Solutions assume any responsibility for the products purchased through the E-Gift Card, and any liability therefor is expressly disclaimed. Product warranties are governed by the terms and conditions outlined on the warranty card.
16. The validity of E-Gift Cards cannot be extended, and new cards cannot be issued against expired/unused cards.
17. You acknowledge that E-Gift Cards fall under RBI regulations and Myntra/ QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd may reach out to you for KYC details or any other information pertaining to the purchase or use of the card.
18. In addition to changing terms and conditions, Myntra and its sellers reserve the right to extend the E-Gift Card.

3. Add a gift card by clicking the Add Gift Card button.
4. Please enter the gift card details and pin.
5. At the time of payment, select Gift Card or Myntra Credit

As these gift card are sold by individuals sellers  , So after the delivery of the gift card buyer have to redeem or add it to merchant account , If You get any issue with the gift card you have to report it within 24 Hours to crafin team as after that we will release the payment of the seller.Hence no refund is possible after 24 hours of delivery.
